Automatisierung von Standard-Workflows und proaktive Problemlösung

Schnittstelle zwischen IT-Support und Plattform-Engineering / AIOps

Stabiler Betrieb der Infrastruktur und Endgeräte mit IaC (z. B. Terraform, Saltstack)

Modernes Device Management für Windows-, Apple- und Android-Geräte

Netzwerkbetrieb und Administration (Cisco, BGP, LAN, WAN)

Führung des Teams fachlich und disziplinarisch, Steuerung über SLAs und KPIs

Qualifikation
