Als Content Director bist du der strategische Kopf hinter unserem gesamten Content-Ökosystem.
Du entwickelst nicht nur Inhalte – du baust Marken, die den Markt dominieren.

Deine Aufgaben (Ownership)

Strategie & Content-Konzept
Entwicklung der Gesamtstrategie für alle Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Konzeption von Formaten, Serien und Positionierung

Trend-Research & Ideation (führen statt folgen)

Entwicklung von Hooks, Skripten & viralen Content-Mechaniken

Storytelling rund um den Aufbau zur 100-Mio.-Company

Plattform & Performance
Analyse von Watch-Time, Drop-offs und Performance-Daten

Ableitung konkreter Optimierungen aus Creator-Analytics

Einsatz von KI-Tools (AI-First-Ansatz) in Ideation, Skripting & Analyse

Testing, Iteration und Skalierung von Content-Formaten

Steuerung eines strukturierten Content-Kalenders

Entwicklung von Content aus Interviews & Rohmaterial

Presence & Umsetzung
Vor Ort im Office (Mannheim / Hockenheim)

Aktive Mitwirkung vor der Kamera
