Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen Support- und Administrationsaufgaben rund um die Microsoft-Server-Infrastruktur sowie Microsoft 365

Virtualisierungsumgebungen gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich wie der laufende technische Support der Anwender

Sie stehen internen Ansprechpartnern dienstleistungsorientiert zur Seite und sorgen für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb

Mit Proaktivität bringen Sie sich in bestehende und neue IT-Themen ein

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation – gerne auch engagierte Quereinsteiger

Solides IT-Know-how im Bereich Microsoft Server, O365, Virtualisierung und Support

Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
