Qualifications:
Fluency in Chinese and English (both spoken and written) is required.
Proven experience in interpretation, certification in interpretation is a MUST.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
Cultural competence and sensitivity when interacting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends (if necessary).
MUST have Qualifications:
Previous experience working as an interpreter.
Certification or accreditation in interpretation.
