Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Raum Leipzig suchen wir im Rahmen eines vertraulichen Mandats einen erfahrenen IT Operations Manager (m/w/d), der Verantwortung übernimmt und die IT Operations nachhaltig weiterentwickelt.

Aufgaben

Deine Mission

Du verantwortest einen zentralen Bereich der IT Operations, entwickelst bestehende Strukturen und Prozesse weiter und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Teams für einen stabilen und zukunftsfähigen IT Betrieb. Dabei verbindest du Führung, Technologie und strategische Weiterentwicklung.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im IT Operations oder Infrastruktur Umfeld

• Fundiertes technisches Verständnis moderner IT Infrastrukturen

• Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Automatisierung von IT Prozessen

• Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit einer Hands on Mentalität

• Erfahrung in Veränderungs und Modernisierungsprozessen

• Klarer, moderner und verbindlicher Führungsstil
