Aufgaben

Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-365-Modern-Workplace-Umgebungen (u. a. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Entra Connect, Tenant-Administration)

Administration einer hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (On-Premise & Cloud) inkl. Hybrid Active Directory

Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Server-Umgebungen, lokalen Active-Directory-Strukturen sowie Gruppenrichtlinien

Implementierung, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Security-, Compliance- und Identity-Richtlinien im Microsoft-365-Umfeld

Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support (Incident- & Problem-Management)

Einführung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung neuer Systeme, Plattformen und M365-Services

Mitarbeit an Cloud- und Integrationsszenarien (z. B. Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AWS)

Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer IT-Anforderungen und Projekte im Modern-Workplace- und Infrastruktur-Umfeld

Dokumentation von Systemen und Prozessen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Confluence und Jira

Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Microsoft-365-Administrator oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und den zugehörigen Services, Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra Connect und Hybrid-AD-Szenarien, Exchange Online / Hybrid, SharePoint Online, Windows Server, lokalen Active-Directory-Umgebungen und Gruppenrichtlinien

Erfahrung im Bereich Identity & Access Management, insbesondere Security & Compliance (z. B. Conditional Access, MFA, PIM)

Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen, idealerweise mit PowerShell

Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
