About the role

As our team continues to expand, we are looking to support our team members through effective onboarding and continuous learning of our revenue organization. Our goal is to establish a consistent learning and coaching culture that enhances commercial effectiveness and long-term customer success. Reporting to the Revenue Enablement Director, you will build and deliver the programs to accelerate the onboarding of newly hired team members, support customer facing roles to achieve and exceed goals, and elevate the knowledge and skills of our commercial and technical team members across our product suite. You will work cross-functionally with product, product marketing, smarketing, and leadership to build the enablement programs and collateral that will help accelerate the success of our customers, partners, and our revenue organization as a whole.
Responsibilities

Support our comprehensive revenue enablement strategy aligned with Flare’s business objectives and sales goals

Create and deliver engaging onboarding, ongoing training programs, and enablement resources that enable our revenue teams to effectively communicate the value of Flare to prospects, customers, and partners

Collaborate with revenue leadership, product management, and other key stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted enablement initiatives to address them

Design and implement revenue enablement content, tools, and resources that support our GTM process and drive adoption of best practices

Utilize data-driven insights from internal and external conversations and other sources to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the revenue organization, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using metrics to demonstrate impact on commercial performance and revenue growth

Maximize the impact we can have as an Enablement team through innovative and in-house built vibe coded apps and solutions

What You Bring

4+ years of enablement, learning design, sales or consulting experience

Proven experience in sales enablement, with a track record of developing and executing successful enablement strategies in a technology or AI-related field

Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with experience in MEDDPICC, solution selling, value-based messaging

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content

Strong experience in modern enablement tools and technologies such as:
Call coaching recording tools (Gong, Fathom, or similar)

Enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, LearnUpon, or equivalent)

Content (including video) creation and documentation tools (Storylane, Archbee, or equivalent)

Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization

A strong interest and profound understanding in leveraging AI tools to assist with content creation and data analysis to improve efficiency.

Nice to have:
Experience in cybersecurity

Background building certification or accreditation programs

Previous contract/fractional enablement roles with similar-stage scale-ups

Contract Details

Assignment and term: 10-15 hours a week for an initial 3-month trial with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.

Location: Remote, with a preference for alignment with Canada/US business hours. Priority will be given to Canada based candidates.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours, with core collaboration occurring during US business hours

Compensation: Competitive rate based on experience.
