Commercial Strategy & SIOP Integration: Partner with Finance to refine demand and pipeline forecasts, ensuring assumptions and risks are accurately represented. Serve as the commercial liaison into the SIOP process, ensuring demand signals are aligned with operational planning, robot availability, and customer milestones.

Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and grow a high-performing commercial operations team as the organization scales. Develop and empower team members, establish clear roles and ways of working, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
