The Infrastructure - Citrix Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for operating, maintaining, and continuously developing the global Citrix environment across Radiometer and associated OpCos.
This position reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations and is part of the Global IT Server Operations team and will be a remote role in Poland.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Own and operate the global Citrix (desktop virtualization) platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
Provide advanced (2nd/3rd level) support across Citrix and core infrastructure, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Drive daily operations, including incident prioritization, monitoring, KPI tracking and reporting as part of the global IT team
Manage external Citrix vendors and partners, including performance governance and escalations
Continuously improve and evolve the platform through optimization, automation, and roadmap execution, while maintaining up-to-date documentation
The essential requirements of the job include:
Technical education in computer science or equivalent.
5 - 7 years experience working with IT End-user and Citrix technologies
Expert-level Citrix skills, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Fluent in English.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 10 days per year
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience from working in an international organization.
Experience working in a Meditech or Pharma company.
Broad experience with End-User Computing solutions (e.g. Intune, Windows, M365).
