Zur Verstärkung unserer IT-Organisation suchen wir einen fachlich versierten IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d). In dieser Position stellen Sie den reibungslosen IT-Betrieb über mehrere Standorte hinweg sicher, entwickeln unsere System- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur kontinuierlich weiter und fungieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Anliegen.
Sicherstellung des vollumfänglichen IT-Supports (1st bis 3rd Level) für Anwender an mehreren Standorten

Betreuung des Ticket-Systems, Störungsbehebung sowie Administration von Hard- und Software

Abwicklung des strukturierten Benutzer- und Rechtemanagements (Onboarding und Offboarding) im IT-Identity-Umfeld

Administration und Verwaltung der cloudbasierten Arbeitsumgebung (Google Workspace)

Beschaffung, Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Clients (Laptops, Peripherie) und Netzwerkelementen

Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der physischen und virtuellen Serverinfrastruktur (Windows/Linux)

Zentrales Endpoint-Management zur Durchführung von Software-Rollouts, Patch-Management und System-Monitoring

Schnittstellenfunktion zu externen IT-Dienstleistern und Partnern inklusive der Steuerung von Dienstleistungen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration und im technischen Anwendersupport

Praktische Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Serverlandschaften (Windows/Linux, Virtualisierung)

Erfahrung in der Administration von Google Workspace sowie gängigen Identity- und Access-Management-Systemen

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Wohnort im Großraum Offenbach am Main / Frankfurt am Main für die Betreuung vor Ort

Kenntnisse in moderner Netzwerktechnik (z. B. Firewalls, UniFi), RMM-Tools (z. B. NinjaOne) oder Zero-Trust-Architekturen sind von Vorteil
