About the role

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a Program Manager/Alternate Program Manager to support the DHA Disability Evaluation System. This position is fully remote.
What You’ll Do:

Lead overall contract performance, staffing, quality, schedule, and day-to-day coordination for DHA Disability Evaluation System support.

Serve as the fully qualified alternate to the Program Manager and assume Program Manager responsibilities when required.

What You Bring:

Required:

10+ years of experience overseeing/managing large programs

5+ years overseeing and managing personnel

Experience with contract administration

Experience with DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Active PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required

Must be able to successfully complete the required DHA Tier 1 background investigation

Must be able to obtain a CAC as needed

Must satisfy DHA security/onboarding requirements
