Aufgaben

Entwicklung von Farb-, Material- und Oberflächenkonzepten für Interieur und Exterieur von Stadt-, Überland- und Reisebussen sowie deren Umsetzung bis zur Serienreife.

Projektverantwortung

Enge Abstimmung mit Designleitung, R&D, Product Management, Sales und Lieferanten sowie Präsentationen, Dokumentation, Budget- und Terminplanung

Schwerpunkte: Trend- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Material- und Farbentwicklung, Moodboards, Mockups, Urmusterprozesse, Color Matching, nachhaltige Materialinnovationen und strukturierte Ergebnisdokumentation

Qualifikation

Designstudium

mindestens zehn Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Color & Trim Design

hohe gestalterische und technische Kompetenz

strategisches Denken

sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Türkischkenntnisse wünschenswert
