As a Technical Success Manager, you would serve as a trusted advisor tocustomersecurityandITteams,helpingthemsuccessfullyadoptandoperationalizecybersecuritysolutions.You'llpartnercloselywithcustomerstodrivetechnicalvaluerealization,strengthenadoption,mitigaterisk,andsupportlong-termsuccess.
Workingcross-functionallywithSales,SolutionsEngineering,ProfessionalServices, and Support teams,you'llplayakeyroleinensuringcustomersachievemeasurableoutcomesandmaximizetheimpactoftheircybersecurityprograms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Buildingtrustedrelationshipswithcustomersecurity,IT,andtechnicalstakeholders.
Developingtechnicalsuccessplansthatdriveadoption,valuerealization,andoperationalmaturity.
Identifyingstrategicusecasesthatembedcybersecuritytechnologyintodailyworkflows.
Monitoringcustomerhealth,engagement,andadoptionmetricstoproactivelyaddressrisksandchallenges.
Helpingcustomersacceleratetime-to-valueandachievetheirdesiredbusinessandsecurityoutcomes.
Partneringwithinternalteamstosupportcustomerretention,growth,andoverallsuccess.
Actingasthevoiceofthecustomerbysharingfeedback,requirements,andopportunitiesacrosstheorganization.
3+yearsofexperienceinacustomer-facingtechnicalrolesuchasTechnicalSuccessManager,CustomerSuccessManager,TechnicalAccountManager,SolutionsConsultant,TechnicalConsultant,orsimilar.
Experienceworkingwithenterprisecustomersincybersecurity,networking,cloud,SaaS,infrastructure,orrelatedtechnologyenvironments.
Strongcustomerrelationshipmanagementandstakeholderengagementskills.
Theabilitytotranslatecomplextechnicalconceptsintopracticalbusinessoutcomes.
Experiencedrivingcustomeradoption,retention,andlong-termsuccess.
Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskills.
Acollaborativemindsetandenthusiasmforworkingacrossglobalteams.
