Job Responsibilities:
Act as a senior business analyst with a strong technical background, capable of translating complex business requirements into precise, development-ready technical tasks.
Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather, refine, and clearly document requirements.
Decompose high-level business needs into actionable features, detailed functional requirements, and comprehensive implementation plans.
Serve as the primary liaison between product management and engineering teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Mentor and guide junior business analysts, promoting best practices in documentation, requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
Ensure technical documentation and specifications meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
4 to 8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within fintech, trading, CFD, or related technical domains.
Strong technical background with practical coding experience or deep familiarity with software development processes.
Exceptional ability to transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable development plans.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of effectively bridging business and technical teams.
Experience mentoring junior staff, fostering best practices, and maintaining high documentation standards.
Strong proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and business analysis methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in system architecture, integration, and technical solution design.
Familiarity with reward or loyalty systems design and implementation is a strong plus.
