Bei VISCA bist du mittendrin statt nur dabei. Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Umsetzung von Influencer-Kampagnen für unterschiedliche Brands, sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Aufgaben.
Aufgaben
Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen für verschiedene Brands

Du identifizierst passende Creator auf Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok und YouTube und unterstützt bei der Auswahl und Ansprache

Du begleitest die Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über Briefings bis zur Kampagnenumsetzung

Du recherchierst aktuelle Trends, neue Creator und spannende Content-Formate, um neue Potenziale für unsere Kunden zu entdecken

Du unterstützt bei der Analyse relevanter Performance-KPIs und erhältst Einblicke, wie wir Kampagnen datengetrieben optimieren

Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Creator-Datenbank weiter und unterstützt bei organisatorischen Aufgaben im Kampagnenmanagement

Qualifikation
Du studierst idealerweise Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation, BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast für 5–6 Monate Zeit

Du begeisterst dich für Social Media, Influencer Marketing und aktuelle Trends auf Instagram, TikTok und Co.

Du hast Lust, dich in Performance Marketing einzuarbeiten und zu verstehen, wie aus Content messbare Ergebnisse werden

Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick

Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Neugier und Freude daran mit, neue Ideen einzubringen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse

Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Viel wichtiger sind uns deine Motivation und deine Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen.
