About the role:
As a Tax Accountant, you will work on a variety of tax assignments, collaborating with team members and supporting clients providing expert tax guidance, tax return preparation and compliance needs. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-level tasks, advise clients on sophisticated tax strategies, and set a standard of excellence within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of financial information and preparation of financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for clients.
Prepare various tax returns, including 1040, 1040NR, FBAR, 1120, 1120S, 1120F, 1065, and 5471.
Review and process incoming financial documentation such as such as bank statements and client documentation.
Facilitating clients to ensure they are complying with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Perform additional accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment
Must be comfortable reading, writing, and speaking to clients about tax accounting matters in both English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation and 5+year experience.
Experience in US Tax Preparation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Tax Programs
Advanced level of English & Spanish
Prior experience preparing complex tax returns and corporate tax filings
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years experience working in a CPA or Bookkeeping firm
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Intermediate Knowledge of QuickBooks
Experience working with UltraTax CS
CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, or active pursuit of certification
Experience working for a US-based Companies
Demonstrated experience with tax planning and advising for multinational clients
