About the role

Wir rekrutieren exklusiv für ein traditionsreiches, familiengeführtes Produktionsunternehmen in der FMCG Branche in der Bodenseeregion.

Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die technische Gesamtverantwortung über die Produktionsstandorte mit einem Team von rund 20 Mitarbeitenden aus Mechanik, Elektrik, Instandhaltung und Einkauf.

Aufbau und Implementierung einer Preventive-Maintenance-Strategie über beide Standorte

Direkte Führung eines interdisziplinären 20-Personen-Teams (Mechanik, Elektrik, Instandhaltung, Einkauf)

Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung technischer Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekte

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Standortleitung als technisches Bindeglied zur Produktion

Proaktive Mitarbeit an standortweiten TPM- und Lean-Initiativen

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Meister-/Technikerausbildung (Mechanik, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik o.ä.)

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der technischen Leitung oder Instandhaltungsleitung eines produzierenden Unternehmens

Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Weiterentwicklung präventiver Instandhaltungssysteme

Hands-on-Mentalität mit Shopfloor-Präsenz

Erfahrung in TPM, Lean-Methoden oder vergleichbaren kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprogrammen

Kenntnisse relevanter Normen, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards (Lebensmittelumfeld von Vorteil)
