About the Role
The Chief of Staff – UK is a high-trust, high-leverage role that works directly with the CEO to drive alignment, clarity, and execution across the organisation. This role acts as the CEO’s extension—helping translate vision into priorities, priorities into action, and action into measurable results.
The Chief of Staff focuses on CEO leverage, cross-functional alignment, decision support, and execution momentum, especially for initiatives that cut across teams or lack a natural owner.
This role is suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with a founder mindset, and takes deep ownership of outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
Partner directly with leadership to define, track, and drive progress on company-wide strategic priorities, OKRs, and critical initiatives.

Prepare high-quality briefings, analysis, and recommendations to support C-level decision-making and strategically optimize the leadership's time and focus.

Lead and facilitate core leadership forums (ELT meetings, off-sites), driving clear agendas, documentation, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment and execution momentum.

Draft and refine polished communication materials for internal teams, the Board, and investors, serving as a key liaison across departments.

Lead and execute high-priority, complex projects that do not have a natural departmental owner, supporting strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies across the business and proactively coordinate the solutions and systems required to enable company-wide scale.

What You Will Need
Strong background in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or previous Chief of Staff–type roles in high-growth environments

Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant accountability

Strong critical thinking, structuring, and executive-level communication skills

Experience working closely with senior leadership on sensitive, high-stakes matters

High level of maturity, discretion, and judgment

Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Why Join BJAK
Work directly with the CEO in a high-trust, high-impact role

Shape execution and alignment at a company-defining stage of growth

Gain broad exposure across strategy, operations, and leadership decision-making

Clear path into senior leadership roles over time

Flat, no-politics culture that values clarity, speed, and ownership

Competitive compensation with long-term growth opportunities

Compensations Range
We offer a highly competitive package, ranging from £110,000 to £160,000, reflecting both experience and suitability for this pivotal role.
