Our client
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Creative Strategy to join our growing DTC e-commerce brand, This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience working with larger DTC/e-commerce brands who can integrate into the role quickly without requiring heavy training or onboarding. We want someone who can bring new ideas, systems, experience, and insights into the company.

What We're Looking For
We need someone who deeply understands:
Customer psychology
Product positioning
Direct response marketing
Creative strategy
Consumer behavior
Trend analysis
Data interpretation
Scaling ads through creative
You should know how to turn:

You should have strong experience with:
Meta/Facebook Ad Manager

DTC attribution/data analysis
UGC strategy

Script writing
Creative testing systems
You must understand how to analyze ad/account data and translate that data into actionable insights for the creative team on a weekly basis.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Creative Strategy department
Eventually Host weekly creative/performance meetings
Review learnings with the team:
what’s working
what’s not working
what needs improvement
Work closely with:
the CEO
media buying agencies
creative agencies
editors
creators
strategists
Develop creative systems, workflows, SOPs, and testing structures for the client
Train and mentor creative strategists
Create and review:
hooks
concepts
scripts
UGC ideas
AI concepts
static concepts
performance angles
Analyze competitors and other successful brands to identify opportunities and winning trends we can adapt for our product
Bring initiative, leadership, structure, and creativity into the company
Requirements
The ideal person:
Has worked with successful DTC/e-commerce brands
Understands direct response advertising deeply
Understands how to scale brands creatively
Has strong communication and leadership skills
Can teach and explain ideas clearly to team members
Is ambitious and growth-oriented
Has strong initiative and creativity
Understands brand identity and customer psychology
Knows how to combine data with creativity
Our demographic is primarily older women/homeowners, so understanding this audience is extremely important. You must understand:
