About the role

Aufgaben

Durchführung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen.

Beratung und Unterstützung bei Hofübergaben und Nachfolgeregelungen unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher und steuerlicher Aspekte.

Erstellung professioneller Gutachten zu Themen wie Neuausrichtung des Betriebs oder Investitionen in neue Stallbauten.

Entwicklung von Strategien für den Einstieg in die Direktvermarktung und deren Umsetzung.

Begleitung und Beratung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Modernisierungs- und Expansionsprojekten innerhalb des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebes.

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Agrarwissenschaften, Agribusiness oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

Erfahrung in der Beratung landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe und Kenntnis aktueller Entwicklungen im Agrarsektor

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz

Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden

Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen im Rahmen von Kundenbesuchen i.d.R. keine Übernachtung
