About the role

A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...
Reporting to the SVP, Business Development - Americas, we are seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager to drive growth through our reseller network and leverage relationships with OEM mobile device partners to grow our joint business and generate referrals within the Americas sales territory. This role is key to expanding Trustonic’s presence, forging strategic partnerships, and enabling sales success through our partner ecosystem.
Please note; this is a fixed-term maternity leave cover position. The contract will end upon the return of the employee from maternity leave or at the end of the agreed fixed-term period, in accordance with local employment legislation.
As the Partner Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Managing Existing Partnerships: Overseeing current partner relationships to ensure they are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the company's objectives.
Developing New Partnerships: Identifying, recruiting, and negotiating deals with new partners to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working with sales, marketing, product, and development teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
Driving Partner Engagement: Creating and implementing strategies to engage partners, including onboarding, training, and co-marketing campaigns, to maximize mutual benefits.
Monitoring Performance: Tracking and analysing partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Strategic partner prospecting: grow Trustonic’s partner ecosystem within strategic markets within the territory.
Regional Strategy: Understanding regional macro and micro channel structures and routes to market, total addressable market, analysis of regional and country opportunities linked to partners and potential customers

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and new challenges.
Experience
Partner Management, Channel Management and/or Business Development experience.
Experience working within the mobile device, OEM, telecommunications or distribution ecosystem.
Understanding of OEM ranging, sell-in, sell-through and sell-out models.
Exposure to carrier and/or retail channels.
Experience in managing projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
Proven experience managing strategic commercial partnerships.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of mobile device ecosystem, service providers, and mobile app protection.
Strong understanding of security solutions.
Degree, MBA or relevant experience
