About the role

Job Title: Program Manager – MHE Submetering Sustainability
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a multi-site sustainability project focused on deploying energy monitoring solutions across multiple fulfillment centers in Europe. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery within the agreed timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle for a multi-site energy monitoring deployment.
Coordinate with internal teams, site stakeholders, IT, vendors, and operations teams.
Maintain project trackers, deployment milestones, action logs, and status reports.
Lead weekly or bi-weekly progress meetings and follow up on key actions.
Identify risks, blockers, and delays, and escalate them with clear mitigation plans.
Prepare structured project updates, executive summaries, and business narratives.
Ensure proper documentation and handover at the end of the project.
Requirements
5+ years of project or program management experience.
Experience managing multi-site or cross-country deployment projects.
Background in logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of industrial automation, PLC systems, or MHE equipment.
Familiarity with energy monitoring, submetering, SCADA, BMS, or IoT platforms.
Experience with IT infrastructure deployment is a plus.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Work Model
Fully remote, working during European business hours.
