Brindar asesorÃa y soluciones respecto a consultas, problemas o reclamos de usuarios actuales o potenciales de Entel (Pre y Post pago). Al tÃ©rmino de la atenciÃ³n se debe abordar y cerrar la venta sugerida.

Disponibilidad para laborar de manera virtual desde casa.

DuraciÃ³n: 12 dÃas teorÃa + 12 dÃas OJT

Horario: 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (teorÃa)

Pago: S/144 (teorÃa) + s/240 (OJT)
