You are the "source of truth" for our internal teams—someone who doesn’t just track tasks but owns the flow of work across Marketing, Seller Ops, and Creative. You are not an order-taker; you are an accountability partner who ensures nothing slips through the cracks, holding everyone from Analysts to Directors to their commitments.
If you are a systems thinker who "speaks" Amazon (ACoS, Buy Box, Brand Registry), masters ClickUp, and takes pride in running a tight, async operation, this is the role for you. We are a U.S.-based e-commerce consultancy where our Delivery Managers are the backbone of our execution. You are proactive, comfortable "managing up," and expert at turning complex discussions into clear, actionable SOPs and workflows.
