About the role

Skylum is the company behind Luminar Neo — an AI photo editor used by millions of people in 140+ countries.
We are launching Luminar Engine: our photographer-grade AI vision stack, packaged as an SDK for businesses.
We need a person who will work with a strong inbound and build outbound from scratch.
You will be employee #1 in sales for this business line, working directly with the VP Growth.
Key responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → technical validation → pilot → close → expansion.
Hunt in our beachhead verticals: real-estate photo services, e-commerce post-production, automotive imagery, photo studios — EU and US.
Reactivate and qualify our existing base: enterprise inbound leads, technology-licensing requests, and the users in Luminar community's B2B tail.
Run structured discovery with COO/CTO-level buyers: unit economics and business modelling, infrastructure, pipeline integration.
Co-create the playbook: ICP scoring, outbound sequences, pilot templates with measurable acceptance criteria, CRM discipline — from scratch.
Feed product: every "we'd also want X" you hear becomes a paid SKU on our roadmap.
Report directly to VP of Growth
Required experience:
4–6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales/BD with closed deals you sourced yourself (not inherited pipeline)
Experience selling a technical product — SDK, API, infrastructure, developer tools, or technical SaaS — where the buyer includes a CTO or engineering lead.
Hunter profile: you build pipeline from zero and can show the numbers.
Consultative discovery skills: you sell to the customer's P&L, not from a feature list.
English C1+ (all deals are in English). Ukrainian or Polish is a plus.
Based in Warsaw or remote within EU time zones; ready for occasional travel (client visits, trade shows).
Nice to have

Domain background in imaging, DAM, photo/video tech, creative tools, real-estate tech, or e-commerce content ops.
Experience in early-stage / first-sales-hire roles.
Experience selling on-prem / licensed software (vs pure SaaS).
