About the role

Für ein langfristiges Entwicklungsprojekt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Berater (m/w/d) zur fachlichen Unterstützung eines Arbeitspakets im Umfeld OSPlus-Förderbank.

Gemeinsam mit mehreren Förderbanken entsteht derzeit eine neue Förderbanklösung mit Fokus auf die vollständige digitale Abbildung der Förderprozesse – von der Antragstellung bis zur Sachbearbeitung.

Aufgaben

Fachliche Verantwortung eines Arbeitspakets innerhalb eines größeren Entwicklungsprojekts

Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams

Analyse und Strukturierung fachlicher Anforderungen

Begleitung der Umsetzung innerhalb der neuen OSPlus-Förderbanklösung

Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung von Förderbankprozessen

Qualifikation

Förderbankgeschäft (z. B. Direktförderung, Förderprogramme, Zuschuss- oder Darlehensgeschäft)

Fundierte Projekt-Erfahrungen in OSPlus notwendig

Erfahrungen in größeren Softwareentwicklungsprojekte

Kundenportale oder Sachbearbeitungslösungen

fachliche Projekt- oder Arbeitspaketleitung / Steuerung

Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

Das Projekt auf freiberuflicher Basis kann zu 80 % aus dem Homeoffice getätigt werden
