Role Overview
We’re hiring a short-form video creator to produce engaging TikTok videos and Instagram Reels for a US brand. You’ll bring ideas to life through fast, native-feeling content that drives attention and action. This role is paid per completed video (contract).
Key Responsibilities
Produce short-form videos from brief to final edit (shoot, edit, deliver)
Create platform-native content: trends, POVs, demos, testimonials, “day-in-the-life,” etc.
Maintain consistent quality across lighting, sound, framing, and pacing
Incorporate brand talking points, product features, and messaging accurately
Deliver content in batches and meet agreed turnaround times
Participate in quick check-ins and implement feedback efficiently
Required Qualifications
Strong portfolio of TikTok/IG Reels content (personal, UGC, or brand work)
Comfortable filming yourself and/or hands-only product-style content
Reliable editing ability for vertical video (9:16), captions, and sound selection
Organized workflow and ability to manage multiple deliverables
Non-negotiable: prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar). Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating content for US audiences and understanding US tone/culture
Ability to write quick scripts with strong hooks and clear CTAs
Basic understanding of ad-style UGC (direct response) formats
Tools & Technology
TikTok, Instagram, CapCut/InShot, Canva, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, Asana/Monday/Trello (or similar)
