Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
1+ year of work experience in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, food service, retail, office, or similar)
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
Basic computer or communication skills (varies by department)
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods or lifting up to 50 lbs (for production/warehouse roles)
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
