Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Head of Compliance to join our team for full-time employment.
As Head of Compliance, you will lead and implement the global compliance strategy across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with international iGaming regulations, licensing requirements, and corporate governance standards.
You will oversee AML, KYC, responsible gaming frameworks, and regulatory relationships while supporting sustainable business growth and promoting a strong compliance culture across the organization.

As a Head of Compliance at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:
Developing and implementing the global compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and regulatory frameworks across all markets.
Leading the compliance team in providing proactive guidance to business units on regulatory changes and risks.
Fostering a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
Monitoring, interpreting, and ensuring compliance with international iGaming regulations, licensing requirements, and local laws in operating markets.
Managing relationships with regulators, ensuring timely reporting and handling of inquiries or audits.
Providing strategic recommendations for entering new markets and obtaining necessary licenses.
Overseeing the design and execution of robust AML and KYC frameworks to ensure compliance with global standards.
Supervising risk assessments and customer due diligence processes, including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers.
Implementing and maintaining automated solutions for efficient monitoring and reporting of suspicious activities.
Leading the development and execution of responsible iGaming programs to promote safe and sustainable gaming practices.
Ensuring compliance with responsible iGaming policies, including customer interaction protocols, self-exclusion processes, and age verification requirements.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and drive innovation in responsible iGaming efforts.
Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing compliance team, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure company-wide compliance and risk management.
Providing regular training and updates to employees on compliance, AML, KYC, and responsible iGaming policies.
Conducting regular compliance audits, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
Developing and maintaining key compliance metrics and dashboards for executive reporting.
Staying updated on global trends, risks, and emerging technologies to future-proof the compliance strategy.
Required skills:
Proven experience in a senior compliance leadership role within the iGaming industry.
Strong multi-jurisdictional compliance expertise (e.g., Malta, UK, Curacao, MGA, UKGC, or similar markets).
Deep understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, responsible gaming, data protection, and corporate governance.
Experience managing regulatory audits, licensing processes, and external stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools and automation platforms.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CAMS, ICA, AML/CFT, or equivalent.
English proficiency — C1+
