About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & CRM Coordinator to support EndoDNA's organic growth strategy. This role combines content distribution, CRM management, lead generation, and personalized outreach to help drive qualified leads and book product demos. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Publish and manage content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Manage and nurture leads using HubSpot and Intercom.
Build and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation workflows in Klaviyo.
Execute personalized outreach through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and follow-up messaging.
Track leads, update CRM records, and maintain accurate pipeline data.
Support lead generation, demo scheduling, and clinic reactivation campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and report on key marketing and outreach metrics.
Collaborate with the team to execute weekly marketing initiatives and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Requirements
Previous experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Operations.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Intercom.
Experience managing social media content and business pages.
Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound lead generation is highly preferred.
Excellent written English and communication skills (C1,C2)
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

$1,200 USD per month
