About the role

PVcase Prospect is one of the company's most strategic and revenue-generating products, serving as a critical entry point into the broader PVcase platform. As the Product Marketing Manager for PVcase Prospect, you will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and market success of the product.
You will act as the Voice of the Customer for the US developer market, bringing deep market knowledge, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into product and go-to-market decisions. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will ensure Prospect remains differentiated, aligned with customer needs, and positioned for continued growth in a rapidly evolving market.
Prospect GTM Strategy: Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for PVcase Prospect.

Positioning & Messaging: Define and evolve Prospect's value proposition, messaging, and differentiation.

Voice of Customer: Serve as the primary advocate for US developer needs and customer insights.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, developer workflows, and emerging opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

ICP & Segmentation: Define target customer segments, buyer personas, and growth opportunities.

Product Partnership: Partner closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap prioritization and product strategy.

Competitive Displacement Strategy: Develop competitive intelligence, battlecards, and displacement initiatives to improve win rates.

Win/Loss Analysis: Lead customer and prospect research programs to understand buying decisions and market dynamics.

Product Launches & Adoption: Lead launch planning, adoption initiatives, and customer growth strategies.

Platform Growth Support: Help position Prospect as a strategic entry point into the broader PVcase platform and future migration opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B tech or renewable energy industries, with a proven track record of leading product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.

Experience working for or closely with utility-scale solar developers, IPPs, EPCs, or renewable energy companies preferred

Strong understanding of developer workflows and the US renewable energy market is preferred.

Strong communication, storytelling, and market analysis skills.

Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into strategy.

Experience with PVcase Prospect or similar prospecting, GIS, or development software is highly preferred.

Fluent English required.

Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
