Aufgaben

Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Auswahl und Implementierung von ERP- und CRM-Lösungen.

Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und Erarbeitung passender IT-Lösungen.

Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Endbenutzer und Administratoren.

Entwicklung individueller Anpassungen und Erweiterungen in ERP- und CRM-Systemen.

Unterstützung bei der Integration von ERP- und CRM-Lösungen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen.

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Betreuung von ERP/CRM-Systemen.

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung.

Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Problemlösungskompetenz.

Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
