Are you a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working with data, reporting, and supporting marketing operations? We’re looking for a Home-Based Marketing Admin (Data Analyst) to join our DCX team. The role demands strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and marketing performance reporting for complex multi-partner operations. The position supports marketing strategy by identifying trends and suggesting budget optimizations, with clear communication of findings to non-technical stakeholders as a critical requirement.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Analytical & Research-Driven: Comfortable analyzing marketing data, preparing reports, and identifying trends to support business decisions.

Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing excellent internal support while understanding customer needs and business objectives.

Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively with cross-functional teams and adapts well in a dynamic work environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Pull data from marketing systems and synthesize it into clear, digestible reports.

Produce weekly reporting that provides clear insights on lead generation and marketing channel performance.

Build dashboards comparing actual lead flow to budgeted expectations, using visuals such as graphs and scorecards.

Highlight areas of success and areas needing improvement to guide partner marketing decisions.

Support reporting for approximately 15-16 different roofing partners, each requiring unique data interpretation.

Prepare visuals designed for fast understanding by stakeholders.

Assemble reports (including some copy-paste tasks) as well as provide analysis and commentary on the data.

Identify trends in the data and suggest budget optimizations to support overall marketing strategy.

Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related role.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Power BI, AccuLynx, Ahrefs, and BrightLocal.

Comfortable pulling data from CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Analytics, SEO tools, and lead traffic sources, and synthesizing it into reports.

Proficiency with visual analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio is preferred; candidates with experience in any of these platforms will have an advantage.

Strong data analysis, visualization, and marketing performance reporting skills.

Candidates should be comfortable pulling data from these tools and synthesizing it into reports.

Experience analyzing SEO metrics or sales conversion data is beneficial but secondary to reporting ability.

Ability to understand charts and spreadsheets to extract valuable insights.

Simple but effective presentation skills for preparing stakeholder-ready visuals.

Reporting is the main focus of the role, though some data cleanup duties may arise.

The role includes some copy-paste tasks to assemble reports but also requires analysis and commentary.
