Job Description:
The Trainer Explains Developments In Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Relevant To Our Business.
Explains How To Develop And Implement Compliance Strategies And Processes To Mitigate Risk.
Conduct Risk Assessments And Audits To Identify Potential Compliance Issues.
Explain How To Develop And Maintain Corporate Governance Policies And Procedures.
Explain What A Policy That Aligns With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Looks Like.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in Risk Compliance and Governance roles, preferably within a regulated industry.
Minimum experience of 5 7 years.
Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, content development, and instructional design principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
