About the role

EENetzwerk baut die Softwareplattform für Energieberater:innen — von Energieberatern, für Energieberater. Ich (Steffen) bin selbst zertifizierter Energieberater und baue mit meinem Team die Software, die uns den Alltag abnimmt. Ich suche jemanden, der seit ein paar Jahren berät und mehr gestalten will: sein Praxiswissen weitergeben und direkt am Produkt mitwirken.

Aufgaben

Du entwickelst unsere Webinare zu fachlichen Themen und hältst sie ab und zu selbst.

Du tauschst dich am Telefon und in Demos fachlich mit Kolleg:innen und Interessent:innen aus.

Du fasst bei Kund:innen von EENetzwerk locker und auf Augenhöhe nach.

Du wirkst an unserem Kurs für Energieberater:innen mit.

Deine Ideen landen direkt im Produkt — von jemandem, der weiß, wo es in der Praxis hakt.

Qualifikation

Ein paar Jahre Praxis als Energieberater:in / Energieeffizienz-Experte:in (idealerweise Eintrag auf der EEE-Liste).

Lust, dein Wissen weiterzugeben und verständlich zu erklären.

Sicheres Auftreten vor Publikum.

Neugier auf Produktarbeit und digitale Tools.

Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau.
