Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing Transactional FX product(s) for Global Payments Solutions business in Asia Pacific and developing strategies across functional groups working across in-country, regional and global teams. Key responsibilities include end to end product management of transactional FX (TFX) products in partnership with the bank's Global Markets team and driving multi-year strategic development and delivery of these products. Job expectations will include working with or leading a team to ensure that the TFX product management efforts are integrated with sales, technology, implementation, and servicing.

Responsibilities:

Oversees the TFX product(s) for Global Payments Solutions in Asia Pacific and maintains financial responsibility, including accountability for profit and loss activities such as revenue, profit margins, etc.
Identifies and creates plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities relating to the TFX products.
Understands end to end TFX product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape to provide awareness of trends to sales and marketing teams and to actively drive product commercialization
Develops and/or influences product strategy for TFX products globally, in alignment with overall cash management and trade product offerings to provide comprehensive solutions across Global Payments Solutions and the bank
Partners with internal stakeholders, especially with the bank's global markets (Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities) team to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors to develop overall product roadmap to solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
Drives transactional FX volume, value and revenue growth and manages associated financial processes (i.e., forecast, monthly flash reporting, etc.)
Collaborates with internal technology and operational subject matter experts to proactively identify and work on product-related trends for TFX to provide an integrated and automated client experience as well as simplify processes through digitization and operational excellence
Support all product risk management routines and discipline including ensuring compliance of the products (both existing and new products) with the applicable Local Rules and Regulations across all Asia Pacific jurisdictions.

Job Experience and Skills:

5+ years of direct experience of managing transactional FX products in a peer bank with 10+ years transaction banking experience.
