The Company
Asia Football Group (AFG) is the exclusive commercial agency for the Asian Football Confederation’s (AFC) competitions from 2023-2028. Our partnership with the AFC covers the commercial rights for all major AFC National Team and Club competitions, including the AFC Asian Cup, AFC Asian Qualifiers, AFC Women’s Asian Cup, AFC Women’s Olympic Qualifiers, AFC Champions League, AFC Cup as well as AFC youth and futsal competitions.

The Role
Creatively ambitious content creator with strong technical video editing, graphic design or motion graphic skills keen to push the envelope and elevate our content to the top level. Comprehensive experience producing high-volume of AV assets, both short and long form, to tight deadlines with competing priorities without compromising quality. A professional who turns creative ideas and concepts into powerful content that captivates audiences. Strong knowledge of AV content that works for social media (Meta platforms, X, TikTok/Douyin, YouTube, Weibo). Responsible for production and the timely delivery of all AV assets required for global campaigns and sponsorship activations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative creative concepts for campaigns and content.
Source, edit, and manage assets from various sources.
Create eye-catching motion graphics and graphics to elevate video storytelling.
Edit and refine video content, including adding sound effects, music, and transitions.
Collaborate with the AVP Creative Production, Content Producer and other team members to brainstorm and execute engaging video strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Highly motivated and creative individual with a strong eye for detail.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality video editing, motion graphics, and/or graphic design work while meeting tight deadlines.
Expertise in content creation software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to create engaging motion graphics to elevate video content.
Experience working with sports content (match footage, highlights, sponsor activations) is ideal.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
Fluent English and/or Arabic speaker.
