The role:
As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of modern data tech, driving the development of our data ecosystem. Here's what you'll dive into:
Your tasks:
Seamlessly collect, process, store, and optimize company data to unlock its full power.
Develop cutting-edge data solutions from the ground up, collaborating with various stakeholders from design to deployment.
Identify automation opportunities for existing and new applications to enhance efficiency.
Create a DataOps strategy and champion best practices to ensure data reliability and scalability.
Innovate and enhance data quality and architecture within your scope.
Push the boundaries of innovation by embracing the latest technologies and methodologies.
What you offer us:
Proficiency in Agile Software Development methodologies.
Comfortable with Python, Kotlin, and Golang, and eager to explore new data technologies.
Proficient in ML frameworks and libraries, able to work closely with Data Scientists to optimize data solutions.
Technical Chops: Experience in architecting and developing production-grade data solutions.
Passionate about working with large-scale datasets, highly skilled in SQL and big data tools like Kafka.
Proficient in Cloud Data Warehouse systems such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
Familiar with Modern Data Stack, Data Mesh, GitOps, and ideally experienced with dbt.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.
Confidence in working with AI tools like Claude Code are a nice to have.
Strong communication skills in English with a collaborative spirit.
