Your mission
You'll join the Growth & Operations team as our go-to person for everything GTM, working directly with Justus, who has been building our GTM motion from the ground up.
We've proven product-market fit with our first customers. Now we're scaling across segments, geographies, and products which means rebuilding the playbook. Some foundations exist; much needs to be built from zero.
For the right person, this is one of the best GTM roles in European deep-tech right now. You'll own demand generation, outbound, inbound qualification, and new market entry, with the opportunity to travel, deep exposure to AI infrastructure, and a clear path to a GTM leadership role. Or you'll leave with the exact skillset to build your own company.

Hard Requirements
1–3 years consulting, banking or startup
Broad understanding of the GTM tooling landscape and best practices (CRM, outbound tools, automation)
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
Plus, but not required: Strong technical literacy, ideally a CS degree or hands-on engineering experience, so you can engage credibly with our product and infrastructure teams without needing everything translated.
