As Sales Process Manager within Statista's Commercial Excellence team, you are the driving force behind designing and defining scalable, efficient sales processes and ensuring every workflow across the Revenue organization is fit for purpose.

Responsibilities
Take responsibility for designing, documenting and rolling out end-to-end sales processes across key areas such as CRM, customer lifecycle, contract and subscription management, data flows and revenue reporting.

Structure and evaluate requests from diverse stakeholders such as senior leadership, sales and client success representatives, and revenue teams, and translate operational pain points into prioritized, actionable process and system requirements.

Define clear business requirements for tool workflows, fields and automations (e.g. Salesforce) and collaborate with Product, Operations and Tech teams to ensure implementable solutions.

Align stakeholders during the design and solutioning phase, map end-to-end workflows, define process handovers across departments and own stakeholder communication plans for major process releases.

Maintain the single source of truth for commercial standards, sales policies, rules of engagement and SOPs to ensure governance and auditability.

Define and monitor process KPIs to measure success, drive continuous improvement and report impact to senior leadership.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales process design or revenue operations in a B2B/SaaS environment

Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and defining reporting structures or dashboard requirements

Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation

Project management capability to coordinate process development cycles, releases and cross-functional deliverables

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across seniority levels

Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
