About the role

About Peec AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

About the role
We're looking for a Creative Video Producer to turn Peec AI's research and the constantly shifting AI search landscape into video that actually hooks. You'll own production end-to-end from our studio in Berlin: inventing formats, writing for the edit, running shoots, and cutting long-form pieces into shorts that earn attention on their own. You'll direct our in-house voices, industry partners, and customers on camera, make sure the best thinking in our category lands as video people want to watch, and push us past the boring explainer default that everyone else in this space is still shipping. This is a rare chance to shape the video identity of a fast-growing company at a moment when the AI search category is being defined in real time.

What you'll do
Invent new formats for translating Peec research and weekly AI search updates into video that earns attention, from news-style weekly shows to interviews and roundtables with industry voices

Own production end-to-end: concept, script partnership, shoot, direct, edit, publish, iterate

Write for the edit. Plan shorts cutdowns and multi-platform repurposing at script time, shoot in a way that works across aspect ratios from the first take

Direct our on-camera talent (internal leaders, industry partners, customers, PMM) so they sound like themselves at their sharpest, not scripted

Obsess over packaging: titles, thumbnails, hooks, and the first ten seconds. Test, learn, and keep what works every single video

Partner closely on channel cadence and distribution, with our content lead and scriptwriter on editorial, with PMM on product walkthroughs, and with our designer on motion and brand visual

Keep a ship-first cadence. Done and learning this week beats perfect next quarter

What we're looking for
You know YouTube and shorts in your bones. The algorithm, the packaging, the retention mechanics, the difference between a hook that works and one that doesn't

You are a craft operator. You shoot, you edit, you own the pipeline, and you are not waiting for a brief to tell you what to make

You are obsessed with format. You study channels, break them apart, and can pitch three formats off the top of your head for any topic we throw at you

You love a subject enough to go deep. Curiosity about AI, search, SEO, and the people who care about it is a real edge here

4+ years producing video for a brand, studio, or creator, with a portfolio that shows range, speed, and taste

Based in Berlin, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the studio five days a week

Bonus Points
Experience at a B2B tech company with an active YouTube channel you helped build

Background in newsrooms, sports production, or creator shops where speed and format experimentation are the default

Motion design chops or a strong feel for brand-grade visual language

On-camera directing experience with non-actors: executives, customers, subject-matter experts

A channel you built, ran, or significantly shaped from your own work

Deep interest in AI and how it is reshaping how people find, evaluate, and trust information

What we offer
Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups

A fully built-out studio in the Berlin office: cameras, lighting, gear, room to experiment

Regular team events and off-sites

Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside

Paid meal and Uber home when working late

A beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

Compensation: €80K – €100K • Offers Equity
• €80K – €100K • Offers Equity
