About the role
Your tasks
You monitor and troubleshoot robotic systems remotely, resolving issues as they arise.
You communicate effectively, both internally and with clients, ensuring smooth operations.
You identify patterns in errors and performance, helping improve our robot fleet.
You collaborate with engineers, providing feedback to refine processes.
Requirements
You are enrolled in your studies and are passionate about robotics, computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
You understand robotic systems, ideally with ROS (Robot Operating System) experience.
You are fluent in English, and very good German is an advantage.
The job is mostly done on-site, so ideally you live in/close to Munich.
