The Specialist I, Logistics Data & Reporting Specialist is responsible for the consolidation, validation, and analysis of supply chain and inventory data across multiple country programs and implementing partners for a designated multi‑country, donor‑funded project. The Specialist acts as the central focal point for supply chain data within the project, the position ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and high‑quality reporting by establishing and applying robust data governance, validation, and triangulation processes across partner and country‑level systems, including Insight. The role supports compliance with CRS and donor requirements, enhances audit readiness, and enables data‑driven decision‑making that upholds the principles of stewardship, transparency, and accountability in support of high‑quality programming for poor and vulnerable communities. The Logistics Data & Reporting Specialist may also provide limited operational and administrative support to facilitate effective project implementation.
Note: This is a remote position, and relocation is not being offered.
Roles and Key Responsibilities
Project Data Governance and Quality Assurance

Establish and apply project-specific reporting frameworks across participating country programs and partners supporting consistent, donor‑compliant supply chain and inventory reporting.

Coordinate the consolidation, triangulation, and validation of supply chain and inventory data across partner submissions, financial records, and system outputs (e.g., Insight), identifying inconsistencies, anomalies, and data‑related risks.

Support the timely preparation of accurate project‑level donor reports and coordinate follow‑up actions with country teams and partners to address data quality and reporting gaps.

Systems Coordination and Reporting Standardization

Support project information management and reporting processes by promoting the effective use of MIS platforms and contributing to the consistency and quality of project data and reporting.

Coordinate the implementation of standardized data management practices across country teams and partners to support accurate, timely, and consistent information sharing.

Provide administrative and operational support for project activities, including coordinating operational requirements and maintaining compliance with agency policies, donor requirements, and applicable local regulations.

Compliance, Audit and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with CRS policies, donor regulations, and applicable commodity accountability standards (e.g., GACAP).

Facilitate data preparation and coordination for internal and external audits related to the project.

Monitor and track discrepancies (e.g., losses, claims, inventory variances) and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up.

Coordination and Capacity Strengthening

Support supply chain coordination, reporting, and information management activities, ensuring timely access to relevant information and resources for staff and partners.

Facilitate communication and coordination among country teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, while supporting capacity-strengthening and project implementation activities.

Provide administrative and logistical support for project operations, including maintaining required documentation, stakeholder coordination, and event and travel arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large, complex, multi-country donor-funded projects.

Experience working with partners/sub-recipients on data validation and reporting.

Professional certifications in supply chain or data analytics.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Familiarity with Insight ERP or similar enterprise systems.

Strong analytical and data validation skills

Knowledge of inventory accounting, GACAP, and donor compliance requirements

Ability to triangulate data across multiple sources and stakeholders

Proficiency in MIS systems (including Insight), Excel, and reporting tools

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Strong customer service orientation with very good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to leverage a proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and donor engagement

Required Languages: English required and French, Spanish or Arabic preferred.
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% - 30%.
