About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly-motivated Associate, Affiliate to help manage and grow ShopMy’s affiliate network and agency relationships. This role is focused on program growth, relationship management, and strategic support across our affiliate network and agency partnerships.
From maintaining network and agency relationships to supporting rate negotiations and identifying growth opportunities, you’ll play a key role in driving affiliate growth across ShopMy’s network and agency partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow within the affiliate and creator marketing space, with a path toward owning your own portfolio.
Your Impact in the Role:
Support the management and growth of assigned affiliate networks and agency relationships, including regular check-ins and reporting
Own brand relationships for smaller accounts, including onboarding and rate increase requests
Assist with rate negotiations, program updates, and partnership expansion across affiliate networks, including maintaining commission rates and disclaimers
Coordinate execution of Paid Placements, from asset collection through go-live and post-placement reporting
Partner with team members to identify upsell opportunities and support strategic account planning
You Are Energized By:

What We Are Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or account management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
A proactive, strategic approach to relationship management and problem-solving
Comfort with technical systems, data, or backend tools
Bonus Points:
Experience using affiliate networks like Rakuten, Impact, or CJ
Previous experience helping to scale a creator marketing or affiliate program

New York Pay Range
$65,000—$80,000 USD
The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
