About the role

You’re not just designing websites, you’re building and shipping the experiences that shape how Lio shows up to the world.
As our Web & Visual Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our Founding Brand Operator, CEO, and GTM team to continuously build and improve Lio’s website. You’ll turn concepts and Figma designs into polished, responsive web experiences, while also bringing a strong visual eye to everything we put out.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the intersection of web building, design, and technology and likes turning ideas into things that actually go live.
We’re open to both full-time candidates and freelancers for this role.

Care about the details and like figuring out how to make things work, not just how they should look

Learn new tools quickly and enjoy experimenting with new technologies

Feel comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating closely with others
