About the role

About the Role
We are a fast-growing, Series A/B-stage B2B SaaS company operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and industrial procurement. With a platform trusted by leading companies in the industrial sector across Europe, we're scaling our enterprise sales motion — and we're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in Munich to lead that charge in Germany.
You'll own the full sales cycle for large, complex industrial organizations — the German Mittelstand and beyond — engaging C-level stakeholders, building compelling business cases, and converting strategic opportunities into signed enterprise contracts. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to help shape how enterprise sales is done at a scaling startup.
What You'll Do
Acquire new enterprise customers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.

Build and execute targeted account and pipeline strategies for a defined set of enterprise accounts.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, developing robust business cases that quantify ROI and strategic impact (typical ACVs ~€80k+).

Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations; navigate procurement and legal processes to drive deals to close.

Refine messaging, positioning, and deal structuring to continuously improve enterprise win rates.

Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Leadership teams to sharpen the enterprise offering.

Coordinate across Product, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Value, and Leadership to ensure successful deal execution.

Contribute to building enterprise playbooks, processes, and best practices for the upmarket motion.

Leverage AI tools to research accounts, structure deals, prepare executive conversations, and manage complex pipelines efficiently.

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales.

Proven track record in value-based selling with business-case-driven deals — typical ACVs of €80k+ or comparable complexity.

Demonstrated experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Entrepreneurial ownership mentality — you own your territory, pipeline, and outcomes, and are comfortable shaping processes rather than just following them.

Strong working knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, SPICED) applied pragmatically.

Fluent German with strong executive presence in both verbal and written communication.

Nice-to-haves:
Experience selling into industrial, procurement, or supply-chain-heavy organizations.

Background at a high-growth startup or similarly demanding, ambiguous environment.

Familiarity with AI-assisted selling tools and workflows.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must have the existing right to work in Germany.
Location
This is an on-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to Munich.
Why This Role
Join a well-funded (Series A), high-growth AI SaaS company at an inflection point in its enterprise go-to-market journey.

Sell a product with clear, measurable ROI in a sector ripe for digital transformation.

Work alongside a world-class team with backgrounds spanning top-tier consulting, enterprise software, and AI.

Have real influence over how enterprise sales is built and scaled — this is not a pure execution role.
