Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join our Digital Business Unit team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical pre-sales expertise, designing modern data architecture solutions, and supporting key business pursuits.
You will join a high-performing digital team essential to driving the continued growth and innovation of our digital solutions portfolio.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

Architect and scope solutions: Design and deliver tailored pre-sales solution architectures, technical demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept across the digital portfolio to meet complex customer requirements.

Collaborate across teams: Partner with sales teams, account executives, and executive-level stakeholders to build rapport, address technical inquiries, and advance digital sales opportunities.

Ensure compliance and governance: Provide technical ownership, quality assurance, and compliance oversight on key pursuits, statement of work creations, and contract configurations in line with organizational standards.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in technical solution design, architecture, and modeling within cloud Software-as-a-Service, content services, or technology consulting platforms.

Strong knowledge of modern enterprise data architecture, content management, business process management, data protection, and optical character recognition technologies.

Proven ability in consultative solution selling, return on investment modeling, executive stakeholder engagement, and deal advancement.

Valid cloud architectural certification from a major hyperscaler platform (e.g., Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
