About the Role:
We are building a talent pool of motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our growing client base across different industries. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business by identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoycold calling, outbound prospecting, and engaging with decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads within target industries

Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

Qualify prospects through discovery questions and needs analysis

Set appointments and meetings for Account Executives / Sales Managers

Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM tools

Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)

Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections

Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc. is a plus)

Driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a KPI-driven environment

BPO sales experience is an advantage
