Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Search/SEO & Paid Social Media Manager with a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will own the day-to-day strategy, execution, and performance optimization for Paid Search, SEO, and Paid Social campaigns across HCP and consumer audiences. You will lead and develop a small team of digital marketing associates or specialists to ensure holistic campaign success.
This role requires a balance of hands-on technical execution, analytical rigor, and team leadership. The Manager will report to the Senior Data Analyst or similar leader.
Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Campaign Strategy: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and major Paid Social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta) for HCP, patient, and caregiver audiences.

Search & Social Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, including keyword strategy, SEO best practices, ad copy development, audience targeting, bid management, and budget pacing for both search and social channels.

SEO Optimization: Drive SEO strategy through technical audits, on-page optimization, and content recommendations to improve organic search visibility for key therapeutic areas.

Reporting & Analytics: Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on channel performance, including QBR and EOY analysis. Analyze data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and cross-channel performance insights.

Compliance: Ensure all campaigns are executed in strict alignment with pharma regulatory guidelines, brand requirements, and internal quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with strategy, analytics, creative, and client-facing teams to align campaign goals with broader business objectives.

Leadership: Review, coach, and support team members in execution quality, workflow management, and professional development.

Innovation: Develop process improvements, testing frameworks (A/B testing across platforms), and reporting enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.

Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to keep campaign strategies current and effective.

Prerequisites:

Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing environments strongly preferred.

Prior experience in media agencies, digital agencies, or in-house performance marketing teams.

Working knowledge of pharma marketing compliance and regulated advertising practices.

Hard Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and major Paid Social platforms.

Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.

Experience managing budgets, bids, audience segmentation, and multi-channel campaign optimization.

Advanced Excel skills and comfort with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis.

Ability to analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, engagement rate, impression share, and ROAS.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in paid search, SEO, paid social, or performance marketing.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage client or stakeholder expectations and deliver measurable results.
