Tasks
🎯 Key Responsibilities
▪ Take full ownership of assigned C++ development tasks for the D1 platform
▪ Enhance and maintain existing (legacy) C++ codebase
▪ Collaborate closely with the two-person dev team to design and implement new features
▪ Coordinate requirements and issues with Product Management and Support
▪ Write and execute unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure high quality
▪ Contribute to database design and SQL development (PostgreSQL or similar)
Requirements
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
▪ 5–10 years professional C++ development experience
▪ Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or comparable RDBMS
▪ German C2 and English C1 proficiency
▪ Experience working with legacy codebases
▪ Proficiency with Git version control
Nice-to-Haves:
▪ Embarcadero C++ Builder experience
▪ Familiarity with MS Visual Studio, VS Code or equivalents
▪ Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools
